About The OpportunityAs part of the Housing Services team, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by providing essential administrative and client support.
Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to ensure efficient team operationsPreparing documents, reports and correspondence using internal systemsManaging and maintaining records, files and information systems in line with policiesCoordinating meetings, schedules and internal communicationsResponding to client and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email and in personSupporting reception functions and directing enquiries appropriatelyLiaising with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and service deliveryThis is a great opportunity to build experience within a large, purpose-driven government organisation, with exposure to housing and community services.
