Location: Chicago, IL (#LI-Hybrid 4x per week in office)

Pay Range: $24.10 - $26.10 per hour on W2

Job Summary

This role provides essential operational continuity through a variety of administrative, financial, and HR support tasks for managers and their teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while identifying and implementing process improvements. This position offers a hybrid work model in Chicago and a 12-month contract with extension and conversion possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports strategic initiatives by tracking metrics and milestones.
• Manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and plans department events.
• Processes invoices, prepares expense reports, and monitors budgets.
• Develops and maintains filing systems and supports communication creation.
• Provides professional support to executives and mentors junior staff.

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
