We're looking for an exceptional HR Operations Executive to join our People Team.
This is a role for someone who loves getting things right. Someone who spots the detail others miss, enjoys creating order from complexity and takes pride in delivering a first-class employee experience.

As our HR Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of the employee journey, ensuring payroll runs smoothly, systems are accurate, data can be trusted and employees receive a seamless experience from the day they join to the day they leave.
This isn't a role where you'll be hidden away processing paperwork. You'll work closely with senior leaders, support important business decisions through accurate data and play a key role in helping us build a more efficient, data-led HR function.
What You’ll Be DoingNo two days are quite the same, but you'll spend your time:
Payroll & BenefitsPreparing and validating monthly payroll changesEnsuring employees are paid accurately and on timeSupporting pension and benefits administrationWorking closely with our payroll provider to resolve queriesHR Systems & DataTaking ownership of our HR system and employee recordsProducing meaningful HR reports and workforce insightsEnsuring data accuracy, integrity and complianceHelping us make better people decisions through reliable informationEmployee LifecyclePreparing contracts, offer letters and employment documentationManaging onboarding, probation and leaver processesSupporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR administrationEnsuring every employee receives a professional and positive experienceContinuous ImprovementIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of workingReducing manual administration through automation and smarter systemsSupporting projects that help modernise and strengthen our HR functionAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and understands how important great foundations are.
You'll Ideally HavePrevious experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Coordinator roleHands-on payroll experienceStrong HRIS and data management skillsExcellent attention to detail and a naturally organised approachConfidence working with numbers, reports and dataThe ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesA proactive mindset and a willingness to improve processes rather than simply maintain themMost importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and genuinely cares about delivering a great service.
