HR Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while helping to build a productive and positive workplace within a fast-growing logistics organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.

Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.

Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.

Assist management with workforce planning and performance management processes.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
