We are looking for a highly professional, well-organized, and multitasking Travel Sales cum HR & Admin Executive to manage travel sales operations along with front-desk, HR, and administrative responsibilities at our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate must have strong UAE travel agency experience and be capable of handling travel sales, customer coordination, reception management, HR support, and office administration professionally.
This role requires someone who can independently manage client inquiries, support business growth, coordinate office operations, and assist management in day-to-day administrative and HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Travel Sales & Customer Handling
- Handle sales for: o Global Visas o Airline Ticketing o Holiday Packages o Corporate Travel Services
- Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into confirmed sales
- Upsell and cross-sell travel services
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery
HR & Administration
- Manage reception/front desk professionally
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients
- Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, office coordination, and administrative operations
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and discipline
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE travel agency experience
- Strong hands-on experience in: o Visa Services o Airline Ticketing (GDS preferred) o Holiday Packages o Travel Sales & Customer Handling
- Experience in HR coordination, administration, or front desk operations preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, multitasking, and customer handling skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to independently manage sales inquiries and office coordination
- Knowledge of UAE travel market and travel operations is mandatory
