The Company
A well-established company in the energy industry is currently seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role
This role is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, with a strong focus on HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, administering payroll, employee benefits, and work pass matters, and maintaining accurate employee records. The incumbent will also support employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to employment legislation and company policies.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field, with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, beginning in a generalist capacity before specializing in talent acquisition and HR operations. The candidate must possess HR experience across APAC and a good understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regional regulatory frameworks.
