Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Working Location: Bukit Timah, Singapore
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to SGD 4,500
Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms
- Coordinate staff attendance, leave administration, payroll submissions, and employee claims
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with company policies and employment regulations
Administrative Functions
- Provide administrative support for daily preschool and office operations
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation for operational and compliance purposes
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders when required
- Coordinate procurement and inventory of office and preschool supplies
- Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative coordination
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Prior working experience in a preschool environment is required
- Familiar with payroll coordination, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
