Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Human Resources Manager at Winmark Investments Pte Ltd., located in Singapore. The Group Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, policies, and programs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing HR needs of investee companies, tracking corporate performance with contributions of each and every member in each entity, overseeing appraisal and compensation issues and policies, working with managers on training and/or redeployment to optimize productivity with career development of key personnel, sourcing new hires and managing recruitment on-boarding processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, adequate performance management, payroll matters, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The role also involves supporting our investees and driving organizational and HR development initiatives to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Work with various investees to draft/review/approve HRM SOP and Policies.
• Human Resources Management, Training, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and Benefits Administration
• Ability to work with Operations for an effective SOP and Delegation of Authority
• Ensure compliance with employment laws
• Organizational Development and HR Strategy skills
• Approval of overall claims and leaves
• Responsible for Group's staff monthly payroll.
• Manage attendance, back pay, deduction and other payment issues.
• Generate payroll files and reports for the Director’s review and approval.
• Generate monthly payroll costing reports for finance.
• Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll cash flows.
• Responsible for staff salary bank upload.
• Submission of CPF for local staff.
• Submission of IR21 to IRAS for foreigners.
• Work pass cancellation for EP and SP staff.
• Staff exit clearance.
• Submit monthly staff headcount to Managing Directors for Group Business Entities.
• Bonus, promotion and salary review preparation and processing (Year End).
• Annual Income Declaration (IR8A) under Auto-Inclusion.
• Internal audit reports & key management personnel declaration (Financial Year).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively with SME investees with varying cultural settings, including some dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law or related field; an MBA or HR certification is a plus
• Experience in the financial industry is advantageous
