Reporting to senior leadership, this role will oversee the employee lifecycle and contribute to the development of people programs, policies, and systems that support organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Performance Management & Employee DevelopmentSupport performance management programs and assist leaders with goal setting, feedback, coaching, and development planning.
Identify learning and development opportunities that support employee growth and organizational needs.
Encourage ongoing feedback and professional development practices.
Employee Experience & CultureSupport employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts.
Administer employee feedback programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
Support retention, team effectiveness, and employee engagement strategies.
Coordinate internal events, team-building activities, and culture-related programs.
Partner with leadership to support an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
Strategic HR PartnershipProvide guidance to leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and people-related matters.
Contribute to organizational planning, change management, workforce planning, and organizational design discussions.
Align people programs and HR initiatives with business priorities.
Projects & Process ImprovementParticipate in cross-functional projects related to operational improvement and organizational growth.
Support process improvement initiatives and internal planning activities.
