About The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP, Head of People to build and lead a world-class HR/People function at Netomi. This leader will report to the EVP of Operations and partner closely with the executive leadership team to shape company culture, scale the organization globally, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence, someone who can architect long-term organizational design, talent, and culture strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to execute in a fast-paced, high growth environment. The ideal candidate is both a builder and an operator, with a strong bias for action and a track record of scaling HR/People functions in dynamic, high-growth companies.
