New opportunity at the award winning and quintessential LA inspired hotel, The Garland! Come join the family at the seven-acre urban retreat as the Director of Human Resources. You will report to the Hotel General Manager and function as an essential strategic partner, shaping the very essence of our culture. From collaborating with leaders and infusing the Garland brand into every aspect of HR, the Director of Human Resources fosters unity and teamwork among our talented associates. This role serves as a key member of our Executive Committee, ensuring your voice is heard at the highest level.
The Garland, the North Hollywood hotel that is offering guests a uniquely authentic LA experience that is comfortable, welcoming, and stimulating in an open environment and retro-cool style to give them a flavor of the care-free, easy-going feeling that has always made LA a special place to be. Our onsite restaurant – The Front Yard – is a unique neighborhood gathering place showcasing LA’s diverse flavors in a setting as casual and comfortable as an evening at an old friend’s house.

Salary Estimate: $140,000 - $160,000/year
