OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with senior leadership and drive people initiatives that align with business objectives. This role does not have direct reports but plays a critical role in influencing decision-making, shaping organizational strategy, and enhancing overall workforce effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with executive leadership and department heads to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goalsAct as a trusted advisor to management on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent developmentProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and complex HR mattersAnalyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectivenessLead and support change management initiatives across the organizationCollaborate with HR functional areas (recruiting, compensation, benefits, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective HR service deliveryDrive process improvements and implement scalable HR practicesEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policiesSupport leadership in building a strong, engaged, and high-performing cultureQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR roleProven ability to influence and partner with senior leadersStrong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamicsExperience supporting mid- to large-sized organizationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment & BenefitsCollaborative and strategic role with high visibility to leadershipOpportunity to directly impact business outcomes through people initiativesCompetitive compensation and benefits package
