Head of Human Resources (Manager/Director DOE)A growing real estate property and asset management client of ours is seeking a hands-on and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead all aspects of the HR function. This role serves as the senior HR leader for the organization, partnering closely with executive leadership to build scalable people programs, support organizational growth, and foster a high-performance culture.
Lead all HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits, compliance, compensation, and training & developmentServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational planning, employee engagement, and workforce strategyDevelop and improve HR policies, programs, and processes that support business objectivesOversee payroll administration, employee benefits, 401(k), leave management, and related compliance requirementsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsLead talent acquisition efforts and strengthen recruiting, onboarding, and employee development programsSupport managers with coaching, performance management, and employee relations matters.
Qualifications:5–10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing responsibilityExperience leading multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, recruiting, compliance, payroll, and benefitsStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesProven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on executionExcellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skillsHR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferredExperience in real estate, property management, construction, professional services, or multi-location operations is a plusThis is an opportunity to build and strengthen the HR infrastructure of a growing organization while making a meaningful impact on its people, culture, and long-term success.iMatch Search is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience. Compensation above this range may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
