This newly created role will work closely with the Executive General Manager People & Culture and senior HR leaders to drive strategic coordination, governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness across the function. What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating strategic priorities and operational rhythms across the People & Culture functionSupporting board and committee reporting, ELT activities, business reviews, and enterprise planning cyclesPartnering with senior HR leaders to collate insights, reporting, and strategic updatesDriving governance processes, planning disciplines, and structured ways of workingDeveloping high-quality executive communications, presentations, and business documentationEnsuring initiatives, priorities, and messaging are aligned to enterprise strategyCreating visibility across competing priorities while maintaining a future-focused lensWhat we’re looking for:
Experience in HR Business Operations, strategic program management, consulting, transformation, or a similar business management roleExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a genuine passion for process improvement, governance, and operational excellenceAbility to operate confidently in fast-paced, evolving environmentsNaturally collaborative, pragmatic, and down-to-earth approachHigh levels of organisation, commercial acumen, and executive maturityOpportunity:
