We are a specialized executive search and recruiting firm focused on the North American energy trading and commodities markets. We work with leading trading houses, producers, utilities, merchant energy firms, hedge funds, and infrastructure companies to help build high-performing commercial teams across natural gas, power, LNG, crude, and renewables.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious Intern to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced recruiting desk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning about the energy markets, sales, recruiting, business development, and how commercial trading organizations operate behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule calls/interviews between clients and candidates
- Manage calendars and help organize meetings, travel, and client visits
- Take detailed notes during candidate interviews, client meetings, and industry calls
- Assist with CRM/database cleanup and organization
- Support data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Help implement and improve AI tools/workflows across the business
- Conduct light research on companies, market trends, and talent pools within energy trading
- Assist with LinkedIn projects, outreach campaigns, and recruiting operations
- Attend select client meetings, networking events, and industry visits
- Help maintain professional communication with candidates and clients

- Tech-savvy and interested in AI tools/workflow automation
- Able to multitask and operate in a fast-moving environment
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM systems is a plus
