Alongside our established UK portfolio, we are launching and growing events internationally across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
We are looking for a Senior Events Operations Executive to join our operations team and play a key role in delivering exhibitions, conferences and awards events.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys making things happen, solving problems and ensuring events run smoothly.
The RoleYou will work closely with our Senior Operations Executive and wider team to help deliver:
ExhibitionsConferencesAwards ceremoniesInternational eventsYou will take ownership of key operational projects and become a central point of contact for exhibitors, suppliers, venues and internal teams.
What You'll Be Responsible ForEvent DeliverySupport the planning and delivery of exhibitions, conferences and awardsManage operational timelines and project plansEnsure key deadlines are metHelp coordinate build-up, live event and breakdown activitiesExhibitor & Sponsor SupportManage exhibitor manuals and operational communicationsCoordinate exhibitor requirements and requestsLiaise with sponsors regarding operational deliveryEnsure a positive exhibitor experience throughout the event cycleSupplier & Venue ManagementWork with venues, contractors and suppliersCoordinate services such as AV, furniture, graphics, registration, catering and logisticsObtain quotations and manage bookingsHelp ensure delivery remains on budget and on scheduleOn-Site Event ManagementAttend and support events in the UK and internationallyResolve operational issues quickly and professionallyWork closely with sales, marketing and conference teams during live eventsHelp ensure an excellent delegate, visitor and exhibitor experienceAdministration & PlanningMaintain accurate event records and documentationTrack budgets and purchase ordersSupport health & safety and compliance processesAssist with floorplans, schedules and operational planningWhat We're Looking ForExperienceAt least 2 years' experience in event operations, exhibitions, conferences or a similar project-based environmentExperience working on B2B events is desirable but not essentialMindsetYou are:
