We are looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Executive to support daily warehouse, stock, inventory, order processing, packaging, and labeling operations for our cosmetics and beauty products trading company.

The candidate will be responsible for

Managing daily warehouse and stock-related activities.

Handling inventory management, stock checking, stock movement, and stock accuracy.

Processing customer orders and ensuring products are properly picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for delivery.

Performing barcode labeling, Arabic labeling, product labeling, and other compliance-related labeling tasks as required.

Maintaining proper organization of goods, shelves, cartons, and warehouse areas.

Preparing basic reports, information, and documentation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.

Coordinating with internal teams for order preparation, delivery, documentation, and routine operational requirements.

Checking and reporting stock shortages, damages, discrepancies, expiry issues, or any operational concerns.

Supporting routine company operations and tasks as assigned by management.

Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, professionally, and on time Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, stock management, order fulfillment, logistics, or similar operational roles.

Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, retail, distribution, or trading company will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of stock handling, order processing, packing, labeling, and inventory control.

Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

Professional, punctual, organized, and responsible.

Strong attention to detail with good time management skills.

Proactive, quick learner, and able to solve day-to-day operational issues.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
