Our client (Real Estate Developer) is looking for a
highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-facing Operations
Executive to join Dubai-based team. This is a critical, hands-on role that
sits at the heart of company's operations, acting as the primary point of contact
between the company and clients, coordinating with legal and regulatory bodies,
and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of post-sale administration.
The candidate will have
prior experience in UAE Real Estate Developer operations, a strong
understanding of RERA processes, and the ability to manage a high volume of
client interactions with professionalism and warmth.
Collections & Client
Relations (Primary Focus)
on outstanding installment payments
overdue payments report on a daily and weekly basis
of contact for all client inquiries — construction updates, payment
postponement requests, general queries
clients and their agents on behalf of the Company
flexibility requests and special cases to management with full documentation
registration reports
RERA & Post-Sale Legal
RERA registration; review, submit, and follow up
transfer processes end-to-end: buyer documentation, SPA issuance, RERA
submission, and attendance at RERA meetings
cancellation requests: coordinate with Finance, verify signatures, submit to
termination/notification cases with RERA for non-responsive or non-paying
clients; manage 30-day tracking, refund coordination, and cancellation
certificates
Oracle NetSuite Systems
& Data Management
activities on NetSuite: unit status, lead details, SPA and registration status,
dunning holds
unit tracker across all stages: Escrow payments, registration fees, SPA
issuance and signing,
for system enhancements and automation
Requirements
experience in UAE real estate operations or a similar role
processes, SPA documentation, and off-plan regulations
or a similar CRM/ERP system is a strong advantage
verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus — Russian or
Arabic particularly welcome given our client base)
Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools
volume of tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
client-focused — able to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and
discretion
notice availability preferred
