Role Description The Operations Executive will oversee the daily operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination. Responsibilities include managing operational tasks, improving processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to foster relationships with clients, team members, and partnersProficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient workflowsSolid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-makingEffective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and professional interactionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPrior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plusFamiliarity with Dubai and UAE travel regulations is an advantage
