Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned service points and front counter services
- Oversee administrative and operational matters to ensure smooth workflow
- Work closely with Nurse Managers and department stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Ensure facilities are safe, patient-friendly, and provide a positive patient experience
- Lead and supervise non-nursing staff, including training, appraisal, and development
- Support service improvements and implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction
- Monitor service volumes, financial targets, and support business planning
- Participate in operational projects, committees, and cross-department initiatives
Requirements
- Min. Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in healthcare operations and service management
