Supervise and coordinate daily operations of facility maintenance teams, including cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.
Oversee security protocols, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor budget allocation for facility operations and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and implement strategic initiatives.
Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents, and compliance for senior management review.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or security coordination, preferably in an industrial or port environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and vendors effectively.
Familiarity with Singapore’s workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and industry best practices.
Proficient in using facility management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic IT tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications in facilities management (e.g., FSM, WSH) or security management (e.g., WSQ) are a plus.
