Site Operations Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Site Operations Manager to lead operations at our Eastern Creek warehouse in NSW.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the site, including operational excellence, safety and compliance, financial performance, customer relationships, and people leadership. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive high-performing teams while building a strong and positive site culture.

RequirementsReporting into senior leadership, the Site Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of all site operations, ensuring customer expectations and business objectives are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include

Leading and promoting a strong safety culture across the site, ensuring best practice WHS and operational complianceManaging site financial performance, including budgets and P&L accountabilityDriving operational performance to achieve customer KPIs and service targetsOverseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvementLeading, coaching, and developing warehouse leadership teams and employeesProviding weekly and monthly reporting, operational analysis, and business insightsManaging customer relationships and stakeholder engagement to ensure a high level of service deliverySupporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced operational leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for leading people.
