I run a small local service-based business and need an organized, reliable person to help manage marketing operations, client acquisition projects, lead systems, and day-to-day execution.
This role is not just social media, and it is not just giving marketing ideas. I need someone who can come in person, help me stay focused, organize projects, keep track of priorities, manage vendors, and make sure important marketing and sales tasks actually get completed.
The main goal is to build a simple system that turns marketing activity into leads, booked clients, and revenue.

- Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, and marketing tasks.
- Able to simplify messy ideas into clear action steps.
- Direct, calm, practical, and good at keeping momentum.
