Our team provides strategic, financial, and operational oversight across the portfolio, supporting both investment activities and operating companies.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support the accounting function across the group and work closely with senior finance professionals.
The RoleThe Junior Accountant will support the day-to-day accounting and reporting processes for a multi-jurisdictional group of entities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within an international investment environment, gaining exposure to group reporting, multi-entity structures, and financial operations.
This is a part-time, office-based role requiring 2 full working days per week in our Soho office.
Accounting & BookkeepingAssist with bookkeeping across multiple group entitiesProcess invoices, payments, and bank reconciliationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting recordsSupport month-end close processesReporting SupportAssist in preparing management accounts and reporting packsSupport variance analysis and basic financial reportingHelp maintain supporting schedules and reconciliationsStatutory & ComplianceSupport preparation of statutory accounts for UK entitiesLiaise with external accountants and service providers where requiredAssist with audit preparation and documentationPortfolio & Operational SupportAssist in collecting and reviewing financial information from portfolio companiesSupport internal reporting and ad hoc analysisProcess & AdministrationMaintain organised financial records and documentationSupport improvements in processes and internal controlsProvide general finance and administrative support to the teamCandidate ProfileExperience2–3 years of accounting or finance experienceExperience in bookkeeping or accounts assistant role preferredExposure to multi-entity environments is a plusPart-qualified (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or similarSkillsBasic understanding of accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and organisationGood Excel skillsProactive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
