Management Accountant

Mackenzie Jones is currently supporting a fast-growing international e-commerce business in the search for a Management Accountant to join its Dubai-based finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to play a key role in financial reporting, business performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reportingConducting variance, trend and profitability analysis to support business performanceManaging month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments and depreciationReviewing balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integritySupporting group reporting, consolidation and intercompany reconciliationsAssisting with local tax compliance, statutory reporting and audit requirementsPartnering with internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insightsKey requirements:

Previous Management Accounting experienceStrong month-end reporting and reconciliation expertiseExperience working within a fast-paced commercial environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) preferredExperience with NetSuite would be highly advantageousThis role offers the opportunity to join a growing international business where finance plays a key role in supporting commercial decisions and future growth.
