Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, growing professional services organization to add a Staff Accountant to their team.

Day-to-day

Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, aging reports, and follow-up on outstanding balancesSupport industry-specific billing processes (including time and expense billing), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client agreementsProcess Accounts Payable transactions, including coding, approvals, and timely vendor paymentsPerform bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies proactivelyMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and proper classificationsAssist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accrals, and variance analysisPartner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and accounting discrepancies and improve workflowsContribute to process improvements and assist with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
