About The RoleWe are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage core accounting functions and support day-to-day business operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workflow and will play a critical role in supporting our internal infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Accounting: Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management. Payroll & Benefits: Execute semi-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration. Monthly Close: Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Quarterly Financial Packages: Help prepare quarterly reporting packages. Compliance: Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready. Operations Support: Support day-to-day business operations, administrative coordination, and general office management as needed.
RequirementsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping/operations experience.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in accountingTechnical Skills:
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting ERP.
Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, and data organization).
Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Gusto, Bill.com, Slack).
Attributes: High integrity, extreme attention to detail, and a "no task is too small" attitude.
