Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentationProcess accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactionsPerform bank reconciliations and account reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesSupport preparation of financial reports and management reportsAssist with BAS preparation, GST-related reporting, and compliance activities where applicableMaintain general ledger entries and ensure data accuracySupport budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis activitiesLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders where requiredAssist with general accounting and finance administration dutiesWe Are Looking ForDegree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related disciplineOpen to recent graduates and candidates with accounting experiencePrevious accounting, bookkeeping, internship, or finance-related experience is advantageous but not essentialBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication skills and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamMandarin speaking ability will be a plusVisa SponsorshipSponsorship opportunities may be available for suitable candidates based on performance, business needs, and eligibility requirements.
