We are seeking an outgoing, polished, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. About the Role
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant serves as the face of the office—greeting visitors, supporting internal teams, and ensuring common areas remain orderly and inviting. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth, efficient day‑to‑day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and route incoming calls; transfer to voicemail when appropriate
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors
- Take and deliver messages for staff
- Provide general information such as office address, directions, and website details
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and publications
- Coordinate messenger, FedEx, UPS, and other express mail services
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies
- Manage parking validations or visitor passes (if applicable)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, kitchen, and conference rooms
- Prepare meeting spaces throughout the day
- Support clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, and collating
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
