Front Desk Receptionist – Full Time or Part Time

We are currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities Include

• Greeting customers and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Checking customers in through our CRM system.
• Assisting with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning/using CRM systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Must be flexible with schedule and available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM 6:00 PM and available on Sundays if needed.
