Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

French Connection are looking for a temporary Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Camden, London working 4 days each week.

Role available;

32 hours per week (working Monday - Thursday)

Key areas of responsibility will be

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant department
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving, sorting and organising daily mail and couriers
• Arranging travel inclusive of hotels and flights
• Ordering and managing office supplies

The successful candidate will have

• Excellent communication skills
• Be approachable and presentable
• Have the ability to multitask as well as being organised
• Competent with Word and Excel

A background in reception or hospitality where high levels of customer services are expected would be ideal.
