We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist for our Clinic to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Managing patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person scheduling
- Handling patient registration, maintaining accurate records and updating patient information
- Answering inquiries about clinic services and directing calls appropriately
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Managing billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation as needed
- Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information
