Receptionist / Front of House

Receptionist / Front of House | Boxica is looking for a friendly, switched-on male receptionist to join our team. | We are looking for someone with fluent English, strong communication skills, and a warm, professional manner. | This role is much more than just sitting at a desk. You will play a big part in the member experience, so being welcoming, organised, proactive, and genuinely good with people is very important. | Main duties include: | Checking in members | Greeting members and creating a welcoming atmosphere | Responding to member enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone | Managing member communication clearly and professionally | Supporting bookings and day-to-day front desk operations | Helping maintain cleanliness and presentation of the studio | Assisting with general reception and admin duties | What we are looking for: | Fluent English is essential | Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing reception role | Friendly, positive, and professional demeanour | Strong communication and people skills | Organised and reliable | Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and handling basic admin tasks | Someone who suits the Boxica style and community feel | Role details: | Split shift, morning and evening | 1 day off per week | Salary: 2,500 to 3,500 AED, depending on experience | Accommodation, health insurance, and visa provided by us
