Client & Agent CoordinationAssist in preparing sales and leasing agreements.
Follow up with clients regarding required documentation.
Support agents in transaction processing and deal closures.
Compliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of transactions and client files.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
Office AdministrationCoordinate company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
