Job Summary This position will be seated at the office receptionist desk and will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and incoming calls. The role is responsible for supporting daily front desk and administrative operations, while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Job DescriptionsBased at the Company’s corporate officeResponsible for handling telephone calls, take messages and initiate follow-up action appropriately and to re-direct complex enquiries to appropriate department/personnelMaintain office equipment (fax, copier and printers) and liaise with vendorsManage the office cleaners, supplies and facilitiesMake travel arrangements for staff travelling overseas and assist with accommodation for visitors to SingaporeManage calendar booking for various conference and meeting roomsAssist HR department in administrative dutiesAny other ad-hoc administration support duties assigned Requirements Minimum ‘O’ levelsExcellent interpersonal skills with good communication in EnglishStrong team player with willingness to help out as neededHigh initiative and positive attitudeReliable, adaptable and flexible individual5 days work weekOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
