Concierge / Front Desk Reception - Temp

We’re currently hiring for a Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist to support a residential property in Toronto. This is a great opportunity for someone with a polished professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.

Location: Toronto

Pay Rate: $22–$34/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Term: Temporary, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate

Responsibilities

As a Concierge, you will be the main point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and responsive experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors; ensure comfort while they wait
• Assist residents with luggage carts and general inquiries
• Monitor guest traffic, parking garage access, and vendor entry
• Keep an eye on security cameras and fire alarm panels
• Answer and transfer phone calls; follow up on resident requests
• Receive, log, and notify residents about package deliveries
• Maintain a daily log of events, noting issues or concerns for management
• Schedule and coordinate freight elevator bookings for move-ins, move-outs, and large deliveries
• Track and maintain inventory of front desk equipment
• Maintain a local area guide for residents including restaurants, delivery services, and attractions
• Organize and support resident services, events, and programs
• Respond to resident concerns and inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring satisfaction
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch concierge experience to all residents
• Foster positive and ongoing relationships with residents
