Compensation: $22.00–$28.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview
Megeredchian Law is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to support office operations, administrative projects, employee onboarding activities, and front desk coverage in a fast-paced office environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can successfully balance administrative responsibilities with reception support when needed. The position works closely with management and provides support on a wide range of operational and administrative tasks while helping maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on assignments accurately are critical to success in this role.
Fluency in Armenian or Spanish is required. Armenian-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply due to current team needs.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Provide administrative support to management and office operations
- Assist with projects, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support employee onboarding and new hire administrative processes
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and internal communications
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, workplace resources, and vendor relationships
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Front Office & Reception Support
- Provide front desk coverage and reception support as needed
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Communicate with clients regarding settlement checks, appointment reminders, and general inquiries
- Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and documents
- Coordinate outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Armenian or Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in administrative support, office administration, reception, office coordination, or related roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and office systems
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Armenian language skills
- Experience supporting management or office operations
- Experience coordinating vendors, supplies, or workplace services
- Experience in a fast-paced professional office environment
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
