Receptionist - Faculty Practice Group (Fully On-Site)

Description

As a Receptionist for our Faculty Practice Group, you will welcome guests and employees with a warm and professional demeanor. Your role will include managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and maintaining a polished atmosphere at the front desk.

Key responsibilities include

• Greeting walk-in guests and employees
• Answering and directing calls
• Signing for packages, validating visitors, and issuing parking passes
• Managing inventory and restocking front desk supplies
• Maintaining scheduling and inbox for FPG administrative conference rooms
• Updating the UCLA School of Medicine Online Directory for FPG employees
• Assisting the Finance Department with daily tasks
• Supporting the Health Information Team by logging billing requests and processing live checks

Salary Range: $26.42 - $37.49/hour
