Position Title: Receptionist/Clerk
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Office Manager
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support within a substance abuse treatment facility while serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. Duties include answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients in a professional and compassionate manner, maintaining client records, and performing general office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and correspondence management. The Receptionist helps ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and supporting a welcoming, organized, and client-centered environment. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Knowledge of customer service, switchboard and appropriate telephone skills. Knowledge of general receptionist duties; bi-lingual preferred. Experience working with the general public. Pleasant personality and good attitude. Drug free minimum of one (1) year.
