Receptionist / Front Desk — Pet Grooming Salon

Pay: $19–$21/hour + bonus opportunities

Schedule: Thursday–Monday required. Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Pet Grooming Salon is looking for a responsible, friendly, and organized Receptionist / Front Desk team member for our Hollywood location.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and animals, can stay calm in a busy environment, and can help create a great customer experience from check-in to check-out.

Schedule

This position requires availability Thursday through Monday.

Tuesday and Wednesday are days off.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their dogs;
• Checking dogs in and out;
• Answering phone calls, messages, and client questions;
• Scheduling grooming appointments;
• Confirming, rescheduling, and managing appointments;
• Working with the salon booking system;
• Explaining services, pricing, and salon policies to clients;
• Taking payments;
• Offering add-on services when appropriate;
• Coordinating communication between clients, groomers, and bathers;
• Helping keep the reception area clean and organized;
• Following up with clients when needed;
• Supporting smooth daily salon operations.

Requirements

• Availability Thursday–Monday is required;
• Friendly and professional communication skills;
• Strong organization and attention to detail;
• Reliability and punctuality;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Calm and patient attitude;
• Comfortable around dogs;
• Customer service experience is preferred;
• Experience in a salon, spa, veterinary clinic, pet business, or receptionist role is a plus.
