Act as the first point of contact, welcoming clients, guests and visitors while ensuring professional front-of-house experienceManage incoming calls, including answering enquiries, directing calls, taking messages and handling voicemailOversee all incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating couriers and handling deliveries and parcelsTake ownership of office facilities and equipment, liaising with Building Management and external technicians, coordinating office access and visitor parkingCoordinate boardroom and meeting room operations, including bookings, setup and client parking arrangementsSupport meetings by preparing tea and coffee and organising catering as requiredMaintain a high standard of presentation across reception, meeting rooms and kitchen areasManage office supplies by ordering groceries, staff amenities and stationery as requiredAssist with administrative tasks including weekly and monthly disbursementsProvide support to the People & Culture team, including maintenance of the First Aid Kit and organising staff initiatives such as gifts, morning teas and lunchesSupport Directors with ad hoc tasks as neededWhat we are looking for:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar roleA professional and personable manner with demonstrated ability to create a positive first impressionProfessionally presented with excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with clients and stakeholdersA high value for customer serviceStrong organisation and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasksThrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating with othersProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Here's what makes this role a winner:
