Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven Guest Services Professional to be the welcoming face at our Chicago salon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are nothing without the guests we serve!
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create an elevated first impression.
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and guest communications such as phone, email, text and Boulevard system messaging.
- Answer phones, emails and text inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Able to recommend salon services and retail products.
- Maintain a beautiful, organized first point of contact area and also help with daily salon cleanliness.
- Support salon operations and assist team members as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional customer care.
