Front Desk Staff

These employees are the face of the club! They are who members and guests see first, so it’s their job to set the tone for the rest of the members’ club experience by being friendly and welcoming. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
• Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining clear communication and efficient call handling
• Handle incoming inquiries with courteous customer support and effective phone etiquette
• Support office management duties including organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the front desk area is professional and inviting

Experience

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clients and visitors
• Experience in customer service roles that involve phone support, time management, and personal assistant responsibilities will be highly valued
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, data management, and office procedures is essential for success in this role

Pay: From $21.30 per hour
