This role combines fashion education, styling guidance, personal development, and day-to-day coordination to help foster creativity, confidence, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements✅ Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance support to management✅ Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents✅ Monitor task completion and project timelines✅ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders✅ Support coaching, training, and operational activities✅ Maintain records using Google Workspace tools✅ Assist in fashion-related projects, styling requirements, and brand presentation initiativesRequirements:✔ Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, Coach, or similar role✔ Strong knowledge of Fashion Designing, Styling, Clothing Trends, Modeling, and Personal Presentation✔ Excellent understanding of fabrics, garment construction, clothing materials, textures, and fashion accessories✔ Strong sense of style, aesthetics, and attention to detail✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, Drive) – Mandatory✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills✔ Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and demeanor✔ Familiarity with AI tools and modern technologies is an added advantage🌟 Immediate Joiners Preferred📩 Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV to: hr@1xl.com
