Job DescriptionsGreet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers’ questions about products/servicesBuilding rapport through conversation and honest recommendationsAssisting in maintaining the store room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floorCross-sell and upsell productsEnsure racks are fully stockedManage returns of merchandiseCoordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)Inform customers about discounts and special offersInviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is oneProvide customer feedback to the Store ManagerStay up-to-date with new products/servicesMaintaining the store cleanlinessRequirementsFamiliarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologiesExcellent communication skillsCheerful working attitudeOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to work a flexible scheduleAbility to upsellCandidate with a few years of sales experiences and visual merchandising experience will be considered for a senior roleAbility to work under a fast-paced working environmentCandidates with higher levels of relevant experience will be considered for a more senior role, where appropriate.
