About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-oriented and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our showroom team. Candidates with furniture retail experience are preferred, although individuals with a strong interest in retail sales and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences.

Drive sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and consultative selling.

Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide product information.

Explain ongoing promotions, product features, and store offerings.

Maintain showroom presentation and ensure display products are clean and properly arranged.

Assist with receiving, replenishing, and stocking merchandise.

Process customer orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Support daily showroom operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Salary & BenefitsBasic salary: $1700-$2200 with attractive commissions schemeCommission: $400-$600 (low peak period)/ $1000-$2000 (peak period)Medical benefits and insurance coverage.

Comprehensive product and operational training provided.

Working Hours6 working days per week with 6 off days per month.

Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
