Bloom Nails is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our location at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles , CA. We specialize in handcrafted press-on nails and seasonal collections designed to make salon-style beauty easy and affordable.

This is a sales-driven role with commission opportunities based on individual performance, perfect for anyone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection
• Explain product features and help with sizing questions
• Process transactions using POS system
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Share upcoming collections and promotions with customers

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Interest in beauty, fashion, or retail a plus
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
