Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Resolve problems and handle complaints to maintain customer confidence
- Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates
- Track customer feedback to help improve communication strategies
- Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to optimize customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain things simply
- Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously without losing focus
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends if required
- Experience with call center tools or CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Ziwo)
