We are looking for Arabic Cashier cum Call Centre

Duties & responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Efficiently take orders from customers over the phone, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured.
- Confirm order details with the customer to ensure accuracy before forwarding the order for processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to share information and resolve issues.
- Cash Handling
- Accurately take customer orders over the phone
- Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff
- Double-check orders for accuracy before they are packed for delivery
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Process customer payments accurately, including cash and electronic payments
- Knowledge of Seafood is advantage
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
