The Call Center Agent serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, pickups, order status updates, scheduling requests, and issue resolution.
Handle 100+ daily incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules while providing timely updates and estimated arrival information.
Assist customers with shipment inquiries, service requests, disputes, and claims.
Process customer orders and facilitate payment transactions through company-approved systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, collections, fraud prevention, call centers, or similar customer-focused roles preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling a large volume of customer interactions daily.
